Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our regional team in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the residential and small commercial solar market, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Generate Solar Module Sales: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of solar modules in the respective markets.
  • Cultivate Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Acquire New Customers: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building stable sales relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate price, volume, and contract terms and conditions with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal departments to resolve commercial, technical, and financial challenges.
  • Document Sales Process: Maintain accurate records of the sales process, ensuring high data quality and integrity.
  • Represent the Company: Promote the company's brand at customer sites and trade shows, creating awareness and demand for our products.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish: Strong proficiency in both languages is essential for this role.
  • Italian and Other Languages: Knowledge of Italian and other languages is a plus, but not required.
Location
  • Spain: The successful candidate will be based in Spain, with the possibility of travel to other locations as required.
