About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Galderma. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the dermatology market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for the assigned territory
  • Expand and maintain a portfolio of customers under the supervision of the KAM Manager and delegates
  • Visit pharmacies and other consumer clients to advise, support, promote, inform, and sell Galderma products with the assigned delegate
  • Follow established sales routes, visit frequencies, and priorities set by delegates
  • Ensure delegates execute the established commercial work process for sales in pharmacies
  • Collaborate with other sales teams from the Galderma Client Company (mainly Prescription) to leverage potential synergies
  • Present products to KAM clients as a key factor in building a solid relationship with them
  • Stay informed about all clients in the managed territory, collect information, and report it to the manager
Reporting and Administration
  • Monitor all activity and sales reports defined in our CRM, according to the agreed frequency, from the team of delegates
  • Control the report of activity and critical market information, including competitive intelligence, from the management team
  • Collaborate with the Manager in defining sales plans for the territory
  • Attend sales meetings
Competencies and Training

Minimum 3/4 years of experience in sales as a Pharmacy Representative

Knowledge of the main clients (Pharmacies) in the assigned territory

Experience in team management and leadership

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Customer-oriented and sales/persuasion skills

Organizational skills
