Drive Sales Growth and Development
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Manager to join our Sales Office in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and development of our brands through POS strategy, systems, and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of our portfolio in POS, including Natural Foods and Biscuits & Bakeries.
- Lead a team of internal sales reps and external field representatives, analyzing and providing direction on future expansion areas in Spain.
- Develop and implement our Perfect Store POS strategy, collaborating with the Country Manager and Sales Manager.
- Proactively create a nexus of union between the KAM/Category Manager and Sales Rep. team to ensure excellent execution in POS.
- Lead Sales Rep. live Team meetings quarterly and online monthly meetings.
- Improve dashboards and reporting tools to drive better performance of our sales reps.
- Benchmark the outsourcing supplier market and analyze the need for change to another external agency.
- Hold monthly meetings with sales reps to analyze perfect store objectives, coach them to achieve better performances.
- Ensure the best routes possible in terms of time management and quality of visits, together with external agencies and sales reps.
- Develop formation plans to maximize the potential of our sales reps in POS.
- Set up monthly priorities for our sales reps team, incorporating inputs from Marketing, Category, and KAM teams.
- Create compelling selling stories ad-hoc per sales rep, together with Category and Marketing, to be effective and impactful vs. POS managers.
- Develop our Annual Field Force Action Plan.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Commercial, Economics, or Engineering.
- > 2 years of relevant experience as Sales Representative for FMCG top multinationals + > 2 years of experience in HQ with Perfect Store management methodology.
- Experience with external outsourcing agencies is a plus.
- Experience as Category Manager/Trade-Marketing (In-Store) is a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Top leadership capacities, managing a national team and planning to expand FTEs in the future.
- Perfect Store Owner, with capacity for continuous improvement, strategic thinking, and excellent execution of this methodology.
- Team player (KAM, Sales Rep, Category) with passion for building our brands.
- Solid knowledge of Excel automation (BI, Dynamic tables), Power BI, Reporting tools, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and proactive in improving reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on approach and going the extra mile to get things done.
