We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager (Acquisition) to spearhead our new customer acquisition efforts at TestGorilla. This role is critical in developing and executing strategies that drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to optimize the acquisition process and ensure we meet our ambitious growth targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive consistent revenue growth through managing and motivating the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Train, coach, and support the team, focusing on skill development, pipeline management, and closing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, sales cycle length, and average deal size to ensure team effectiveness
  • Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline, ensuring the team is prioritizing high-value prospects and opportunities
  • Ensure proper use of CRM tools to track and manage opportunities, forecast sales, and improve team productivity
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on strategy, feedback loops, and delivering a seamless customer experience
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes for greater efficiency, leveraging tools like Sales Navigator, Gong, or other sales intelligence platforms

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of between €50,000 to €70,000 + On-Target Earnings (OTE) structure features a 50/50 split between base salary and commission + Share Appreciation Rights.

Flexible hours and asynchronous environment. Paid parental leave. Remote working budget: €1,000 per year (pro-rata based on your start date). Learning and development budget: 3.5% of base compensation.
