Customer Service Representative for Language Education

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Alpadia Language Schools. As a key member of our B2C Customer Care Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Main Responsibilities:
- Admit clients to our language programs, ensuring a seamless experience from sales to arrival.
- Enter student information into our booking systems, confirming bookings within 24 working hours.
- Support clients with inquiries, providing solutions to any issues that may arise.
- Collect payments and necessary student pre-arrival information.
- Establish trust with clients, helping them navigate our student portal.
- Manage complaints and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Care staff, operations, schools, and finance departments.
Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Service and/or Admissions in travel & tourism or language education industry.
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Italian level required (C1/C2) with very high English. Other languages are a plus.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and issues in a diplomatic and sensitive manner.
- Experience in dealing with high volume, complex communications.
- Sales & Service oriented.
