- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Proven track record of success in strategic business development and consultative selling within the consulting industry.
- Proven experience on the execution of consulting projects related to digital transformation, operating models, business strategy models, change management, etc.
- 2-3 years experience.
- Understanding of MarTech, Data, and CXM solutions, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling value propositions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate ideas persuasively and engage diverse audiences.
- Excellence as a team player, collaborating effectively to achieve goals and foster a cooperative work environment.
- Analytical acumen and 'out of the box' thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to achieve business objectives.
