Role Overview

We're looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales team in Barcelona, driving occupancy and revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Coordinate and distribute leads across the Sales Coordinators, maximizing conversion rates.
  • Analyze current strategies and develop new approaches with leadership, driving business growth.
  • Support Sales Teams operations to implement organizational sales strategies, aligning with company goals.
  • Cover day-to-day sales tasks during team absences, ensuring continuity.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to reservations, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Draft rental agreement contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing B2C sales team, driving results and growth.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities, driving innovation.
  • Conduct goal setting for teams and individuals, using data to measure performance and drive improvement.
About You

We're looking for a talented individual with a strong background in sales leadership, marketing, or a related field.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Minimum 2 years experience leading a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Experience managing customer communications (hospitality experience is a plus).
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the real estate sector is valued.
  • Proficient in Hubspot is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible, resilient, and adaptable to changes.
