Job Title: Senior Manager, Marketing Partnerships Creative

Netflix is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Marketing Partnerships Creative to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our Marketing Partnerships Creative team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue for our brand partners.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that meet the needs of our brand partners and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative Marketing, Editorial & Publishing, Content, Creative Production, and Public Relations, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and their agencies to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and creative partnerships.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to partner creative agencies and brands to ensure high-quality creative output.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a creative role, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a creative team, with a strong track record of establishing a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • A strong portfolio of impactful and award-winning work, with a focus on marketing and creative partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership-building.
