Lead the Creative Vision

As a key member of our Creative Design Team, you will be responsible for driving the creative direction of our brand. With a focus on innovative visual marketing campaigns, you will work closely with our Creative Strategy Director to develop a compelling roadmap that inspires the team and aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative visual marketing campaigns that elevate our brand and push creative boundaries.
  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of graphic design deliverables, ensuring alignment with our brand while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality graphic design deliverables, conduct thorough reviews, and provide actionable feedback to elevate design standards.
  • Ensure consistency and cohesion across all platforms by upholding and evolving a comprehensive design system.
  • Collaborate extensively across functions, working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design efforts are in sync with both developmental and business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Creative Designer.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Leadership role.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
