Job Title: Creative Graphic Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Graphic Design Lead to join our Creative Design Team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the conceptualization and execution of innovative visual marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with our brand while pushing creative boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a compelling roadmap that inspires the team and aligns with our business direction.
  • Perform data analysis to understand trends and identify critical improvement points using information from monitoring and other metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to help influence creative strategies.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality graphic design deliverables, conduct thorough reviews, and provide actionable feedback to elevate design standards.
  • Ensure consistency and cohesion across all platforms by upholding and evolving a comprehensive design system.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Creative Designer.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Leadership role.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
