About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at Act Second LLC. As a key member of our creative studio, you will be responsible for visually bringing our clients' brands to life across various media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the production of design drafts and mock-ups, collaborating with our team to develop innovative and effective design solutions.
  • Work closely with our creative support specialists, project managers, and director of design to ensure consistent, engaging, and timely deliverables for various platforms, including marketing materials, presentations, and web layouts.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' brand guidelines and style standards, applying them to all design projects.
  • Participate in agency team meetings, professional development check-ins, and design team meetings to stay informed and contribute to the growth of our team.
  • Maintain a high level of organization for print and digital files and materials, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient project management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in brand or agency design, with a strong focus on brand strategy.
  • Online portfolio and samples of work must be provided, showcasing your expertise in graphic design and visual storytelling.
  • Native/Fluent in English, with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work EST business hours, with flexibility to adapt to changing project deadlines.
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Keynote), and comfortable working in a Mac-based environment.
  • Understanding of branding, typography, and social media, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creative problem-solving.
