Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Freelance Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Freelance Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually captivating 2D badges and medals for our VR fitness app, as well as other digital marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop 2D badges that users can earn within the VR app, ensuring they are visually appealing and contextually appropriate.
- Design and develop 2D medals assigned to users after they have completed a workout.
- Collaborate with the VR development team to integrate badges effectively into the existing system.
- Test badge visibility and functionality within the VR app to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Design skills for game assets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in gamification and digital badge design.
- Strong proficiency in 2D illustration and graphic design software such as Photoshop and InDesign.
- Proficient in concept creation and a strong understanding of texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques specific to VR.
- Experience in designing interactive elements for virtual reality or augmented reality platforms.
- Creative thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Unity, particularly relating to asset integration.
