About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead the conceptualization and execution of design projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering visually compelling and effective designs for a diverse range of clients and projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of design projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality and creativity.
  • Review and approve designs, artwork and graphics developed by junior designers to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with creative director, Head of Design, copywriters, and other team members to develop and execute creative concepts that align with client goals and brand strategies.
  • Support the clients' global communication efforts by developing visually stunning and effective designs for digital platforms.
  • Develop and implement original concepts and key visuals in alignment with established brand voice and tone.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and rationale.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a graphic designer in an advertising agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Sketch, Figma, or other design tools.
  • Strong conceptual and visual design skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and design quality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and feedback effectively.
