About the Role

We are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our communications team at ICF, a global advisory and technology services provider. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling materials that support our public policy communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design graphics that enhance our reports, presentations, social media content, e-learning materials, and other outreach materials
  • Collaborate with policy experts, communications specialists, and other team members to develop creative solutions
  • Develop Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates, create infographics, and prepare print-ready materials
  • Ensure high standards of quality and engage in creative brainstorming sessions with the Senior Designer
Requirements
  • Educational background in graphic design/visual communication
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Canva
  • Video editing skills and knowledge of UX and UI design are a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to quality assurance and a portfolio of work
