Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with extensive experience in digital and POS/Retail campaigns and fluent English proficiency to join one of our dynamic teams. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will serve as the Lead Designer for one of the world's leading FMCG brands, supporting the client's global communication strategies across both online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a small team of designers, ensuring high-quality output and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Support the client's global communication efforts by developing compelling visual content for various channels.
  • Participate in the conceptualization process, deeply understanding the brand identity, and proposing fresh, innovative visual ideas that align with the brand's messages, values, and personality.
  • Develop and implement original concepts and key visuals in alignment with established brand voice and tone, while collaborating with mid- and junior-level creatives throughout the entire design process from concept to execution.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on digital and POS/Retail campaigns.
  • Prior experience leading and supervising a team of designers (highly desirable).
  • A thorough knowledge of key features within Adobe Cloud.
  • Good knowledge of all the major digital channels and Social Media platforms, including being familiar with their technical specifications.
  • Exceptional creative and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a fluent level of English.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity and the ability to translate it into compelling visual narratives.
  • Innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
