About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Solutions Lead to join our Brand Partnerships team in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the creative development and execution of branded content and events for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creative development and execution of branded content and events for our clients
  • Collaborate with the Brand Partnerships Sales team and Creative Strategist to interpret and respond to client briefs
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key clients, partners, influencers, and colleagues
  • Conduct regular and thorough reporting and analysis of campaign work, translating data into insightful and positive stories
  • Work with the Brand Partnerships Sales team and Creative Strategist to ideate, strategize, and execute branded content and events
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a relevant role, ideally in media owner/agency or creative/digital agency
  • Experience in conceptualizing and delivering complex, cross-media campaigns
  • Extensive client-facing experience
  • Experience in people management
  • Experience in planning/producing consumer-facing events
  • Excellent strategic and analytical skills and ability to create engaging stories out of data
  • Good knowledge of the global media, advertising, and social landscape
  • Passionate about branded content and innovative ideas
