About the Role

Fever is seeking a highly skilled Creative Solutions Lead to join our Brand Partnerships team in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the creative solutions team, overseeing project management, and driving the development and delivery of high-performing brand partnership projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Creative Solutions team, overseeing project management and branded content
  • Optimize processes and workflows to ensure efficient delivery
  • Foster the professional growth of team members
  • Drive the development and delivery of high-performing brand partnership projects
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Conduct regular reporting and analysis of campaign work
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a relevant role, ideally in media ownership, agency, or creative/digital agency
  • Experience in conceptualizing and delivering complex, cross-media campaigns
  • Extensive client-facing experience
  • Experience in people management and event production
  • Excellent strategic and analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of the global media, advertising, and social landscape
