About the Role

Scopely is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Designer to join our team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis for a temporary assignment of 6 months.

We are a global team of game lovers who develop, publish, and innovate in the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people worldwide daily.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation of AI-generated art, focusing on testing AI tools, setting workflows, and creating stunning art to support creative game teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-powered creative solutions for visual content.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technology and incorporate them into artistic processes and workflows.
  • Experiment with AI-driven tools to explore new possibilities and push the boundaries of artistic expression.
  • Optimize AI-generated content for performance and quality across different devices and platforms.
  • Work closely with the AI engineering team to provide feedback and insights on the development of new AI tools and features for artistic applications.
  • Participate in brainstorms, ideate, and sketch ideas before production.
  • Execute static assets with deep attention to detail.
  • Create regular featuring assets and strong key arts to represent our games in the most impactful way.
  • Use insights and team benchmarks to iterate on existing creatives and continuously improve their quality.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Design industry, preferably in gaming or entertainment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Arts, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AI and machine learning tools, data visualization techniques, data processing, and model evaluation.
  • Experience with 2D and 3D software such as Photoshop, Figma, Blender, or Maya.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and derive solutions to difficulties arising in the artistic processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • The ability to drive an idea from conception to completion.
