Lead AI Engineer / Senior Software Developer

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Lead AI Engineer to join our IAG technology team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our tech infrastructure, defining the strategic direction of our platforms, and overseeing their execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement AI solutions that are scalable, performant, and aligned with business goals.
  • Lead the integration, development, and operationalization of AI models and algorithms, ensuring they meet top MLperf quality standards.
  • Drive the adoption of cloud technologies and DevOps practices within the AI team, optimizing deployment and scalability.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Mentor and develop a team of AI engineers, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
  • Stay abreast of emerging AI, Cloud, and DevOps trends and technologies, applying them to solve complex problems.
Qualifications:
  • Good expertise in AI, machine learning algorithms, and data science.
  • Strong experience in React and Angular programming languages.
  • Proven experience in DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and lean startup principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • A master's degree in computer science, AI, mathematics, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in AI projects, with a focus on deployment and scalability in cloud environments.
