About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team and help us build a platform that enables widespread adoption of AI in aviation.

This role will involve working closely with our development team to ensure the scalability, high-availability, deployment, and performance of our AI-powered systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable and highly available systems to support our AI-powered solutions.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of our systems.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to incident response and postmortem activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering with a focus on AI-powered systems.
  • Strong understanding of containerization, orchestration, and cloud computing.
  • Experience with MLOps, Python, and modern programming languages.
  • Knowledge of performance, reliability, observability, and incident management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
