What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Creative Lead to join our dynamic and multicultural team. As a Brand Creative Lead, you will be responsible for creatively bringing the Exoticca brand to life. You will oversee the creative output of the Creative team and manage the end-to-end execution of paid and non-paid campaigns, as well as foundational content creation/assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the brand's overall vision and goals.
  • Oversee the development of creative materials, including campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with the Branding team to deliver high-quality integrated marketing briefs.
  • Manage and mentor the creative team, ensuring they are inspired and motivated to reach their creative goals and aspirations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive creative innovation and excellence.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in agency or in-house creative teams.
  • Expert storytelling skills, creating compelling narratives both copy and visual.
  • Ability to articulate the creative approach internally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of media formats and creative best practice, with channel and UX/UI knowledge a plus.
  • Keen eye for detail, visual layouts, and copy.
  • Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure, with self-motivation to get the best possible result.
