Overview of the Branding Team

As a Creative Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in how we artistically express the Exoticca brand. You should possess experience in multi-channel creative concept development and execution:

  • You will oversee the creative output of the team and manage the comprehensive execution of both paid and organic campaigns, as well as foundational content creation and assets.
  • It is essential to ensure that the Exoticca brand remains consistent across all platforms, both online and offline, while capturing local market nuances when necessary.
  • Collaboration with your Brand Lead and the Creative Project Manager is vital to ensure that Integrated Marketing briefs are strategically sound, supported by clear audience insights, research, and data, balancing immediate sales goals with long-term brand development.
  • You will lead and manage both internal creative teams and external agencies.
  • Your responsibility includes ensuring that assets are correctly implemented across all channels and platforms, adhering to Exoticca's high creative standards.
  • A passion for fostering relationships, mentoring creatives, and aligning teams around a shared creative vision is essential, as you will also lead a team of Creatives.

Main Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with the Branding team to produce high-quality Integrated Marketing briefs, transforming these into exceptional creative assets that meet the brief and business objectives.

● Oversee and manage the development of creative materials with your teams, determining the most effective creative strategies relevant to our target audiences and budget.

● Lead the creative process (ideation, production, and distribution of content assets and adaptations), managing timelines, supervising work, selecting and prioritizing creative proposals, and maintaining expected standards of creativity and quality.

● Bring creative concepts to life that fulfill commercial needs, campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

● Ensure all communication materials provide value to our defined audiences (B2C and B2B).

● Own the creative identity of Exoticca, ensuring we stand out, are differentiated, and remain memorable.

● Continuously optimize creative assets using performance data to ensure the right message reaches the right market through the appropriate channels for the target audience.

● Propose proactive creative ideas for ongoing content programs that align with our brand and sales objectives.

● Mentor and inspire the creative team, helping them achieve their creative goals and aspirations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in an agency or in-house creative team.
  • Expertise in storytelling, crafting compelling narratives in both copy and visual formats within a dynamic industry.
  • Ability to articulate the creative approach internally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with media formats and creative best practices, along with knowledge of channel and UX/UI principles is advantageous.
  • A keen eye for detail in visual layouts and copy is essential.
  • Ability to maintain composure and positivity under pressure.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on achieving optimal results and overcoming challenges.
  • A critical thinker who can question a brief, an empathetic creative, and a confident communicator and influencer with experience in mentoring other creatives.
