Job Title: Brand Manager

At Bayer, we are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying an integrated brand strategy to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement brand strategies in collaboration with the Category Team Lead, aligning with international brand strategies and company guidelines.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to inform brand decisions and optimize allocated financial resources.
  • Initiate and drive priority processes for 'Above the line' and 'Below the line' communication to achieve competitive brand preference.
  • Formulate and execute media exposure plans in line with brand year plans and campaign objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in Marketing, preferably in FMCG or OTC markets.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong commercial and digital first mindset, with experience in end-to-end brand management.
  • Good digital skills in MS Office, data visualization tools, and Web analytics tools.
