As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing national brands on the Iberian Market (Spain and Portugal). You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute marketing plans, manage trade marketing activities, and lead a team of two people.

Key responsibilities:

* Brand building: Develop and implement brand strategies to increase brand awareness and visibility.
* Management: Manage all projects in Iberia related to the assigned group of brands, including image and awareness development, communication with clients, and media planning.
* Trade marketing: Execute trade marketing plans and coordinate with the sales team and customers.
* Strategy and activation: Develop brand strategies based on market and client knowledge, and recommend adjustments to central guidelines.
* Marketing: Lead the brand building process to maximize distribution visibility and increase sales.
* Team leader: Lead a team of two people and empower them to achieve the assigned group brands objectives.

Requirements:

* Minimum three years of experience in brand management roles with a strong track record of close cooperation with sales teams.
* Knowledge of the Premium Wines Spirits industry is a plus.
* Business planning skills, ability to analyze, plan, organize, execute, and evaluate projects independently.
* Spanish and English are a must.
