About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our dynamic team at Affinity Petcare. As a Brand Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our biggest brand, Ultima, in the Iberian market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead business diagnosis to identify key insights, potential business opportunities, and action plans.
  2. Develop annual marketing plans in line with the brand vision and financial objectives.
  3. Ensure excellence in the execution of marketing plans, monitoring performance and implementing solutions.
  4. Participate in internal meetings, preparing strategic reviews, sales meetings, and customer plans.
  5. P&L ownership, following up and controlling.
  6. Manage interactions with Digital, Sales, Trade, supply chain, and FP&A teams.
  7. Identify and implement solutions and improvement areas.
  8. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure productive teamwork.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of progressive experience in Marketing/Trade Marketing.
  3. Experience in consumer products is a plus.
  4. Digital Marketing knowledge, experience in defining digital assets and integrating them within the brand strategy.
  5. Strong analytical skills.
  6. Experience with Nielsen preferred.
  7. Spanish & English fluent. Other languages such as French or Italian can be a plus.
  8. Excellent communication and project management skills.
  9. Ability to prioritize in hectic times and strong attention to detail.
  10. Budget management experience preferred.
  11. A person eager to foster a collaborative workspace, bringing innovative proposals and showing passion for learning.
