About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Trauma team in Iberia. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve commercial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and leverage marketing strategies to create key documents, such as strategic plans, annual marketing plans, and product launch plans.
  • Surface new or unexpressed customer needs, leading to product/program improvements.
  • Adhere to organizational protocols, practices, and procedures for gathering competitive information.
  • Drive segmentation and targeting methods to improve commercial efficiency.
  • Develop pricing approach consistent with the marketing strategy and brand positioning.
  • Accurately forecast resource needs.
  • Establish metrics and goals/success criteria and milestones.
  • Demonstrate financial acumen.
  • Mentor, develop, and inspire others.
  • Collaborate and influence others on cross-functional teams, advancing partnerships to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, organizations, and institutions, in collaboration with other marketing leaders.
Requirements
  • Min 4-5 years of Marketing experience in the Medical Devices industry.
  • Required experience working with implants, ideally within the orthopedic and trauma sector.
  • Experience with hospital stakeholders (Surgeons, Nurses, Technical Services, Procurement).
  • Native or C2 level of Spanish with fluent level of English (C1).
  • Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales, or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical field.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing strategic support.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
  • Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority.
  • Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word PowerPoint).
