Job Description

Stryker is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our Trauma product line in Iberia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Manage and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-5 years of marketing experience in the medical devices industry.
  • Required experience working with implants, ideally within the orthopedic and trauma sector.
  • Native or C2 level of Spanish with fluent level of English (C1).
  • Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical field.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing strategic support.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
  • Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority.
  • Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Working Conditions

This role requires 70% travel and will be based in any well-connected city in Spain, ideally Madrid or Barcelona.
