Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Trauma product line in the Iberia region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, improve product offerings, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and improve product offerings
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and improve existing ones
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and manage product budgets and forecasts
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the medical devices industry
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing product strategies
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
