About the Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our EMEA team at Mattel España. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of IP brands and franchises, providing strategic direction across product ranging, price architecture, and go-to-market approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional brand strategies for the Dolls portfolio, aligning with global brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Global Brand Team and regional marketing teams to ensure effective brand management and execution.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing tactics and strategies, working closely with digital partners and other cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor performance and work with local marketing teams to course correct where necessary.
  • Partner with the Planning team and Global Brand team to ensure a smooth production and supply process.
Requirements
  • **Education**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
  • **Experience**: Proven experience in a Brand Manager role, with a track record in coordination and delivery.
  • **Skills**: Strong commercial and marketing experience, with a solid understanding of brand marketing in the toys or FMCG industry.
  • **Personal Qualities**: Result-oriented, with a winning mentality and a strong will to succeed. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, with excellent communication and influencing skills.
