Brand Manager Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Brand Manager Trainee to join our Marketing team at Affinity Petcare. As a Brand Manager Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the development of innovative projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Brand Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the design agency and packaging team to implement product and packaging changes.
  • Generate new marketing materials and brand assets.
  • Participate in briefing and approving marketing content.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarks and brand performance tracking.
  • Present findings to the team and support in the preparation of internal meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting follow-up.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
