About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Brand Manager Trainee to join our Marketing team. As a Brand Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the development of innovative marketing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of marketing projects, including product launches and innovation initiatives
  • Collaborate with the trade marketing, NPD, and R&D teams to drive business growth
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies
  • Develop and implement marketing materials, including packaging and branding
  • Participate in internal meetings and present findings to the team
Requirements
  • Currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting follow-up
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
