About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Brand Manager Trainee to join our Marketing team at Affinity Petcare. As a Brand Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our innovative pet food brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns to promote our pet food brands.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, and product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and social media platforms.
