As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing national brands on the Iberian Market (Spain and Portugal). You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute trade marketing plans, and you will be responsible for the brand's image and awareness development.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Brand building: Developing and implementing brand strategies to increase brand awareness and sales
* Management: Managing projects in Iberia, including image and awareness development, communication with clients, and trade marketing
* Trade marketing: Executing trade marketing plans and coordinating with the sales team
* Strategy and activation: Developing brand strategies based on market and client knowledge, and recommending adjustments to central guidelines
* Marketing: Leading the brand building process to maximize distribution visibility and increase sales
* Team leader: Leading a team of two people and empowering them to achieve the assigned group brands objectives

Requirements:

* Minimum three years working experience in brand management roles
* Strong track record of close cooperation with sales teams in Digital projects, Trade Marketing, PR and Events management
* Knowledge of the Premium Wines Spirits industry is very favorable
* Business planning skills; ability to analyse, plan, organise, execute and evaluate projects independently
* Spanish and English is a must
