The Role

We are seeking an Operational Support Specialist to join our Contact Center team, which provides support to merchants worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for merchants, assisting them with a wide range of topics, from technical to administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-depth guidance to merchants on the Adyen platform and its features.
  • Optimize and automate processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.
  • Act as an internal product advocate, tracking product processes and contributing feedback and issues from merchants.
  • Serve as a payment specialist for merchants, helping them optimize their accounts and grow their business using Adyen's platform.
  • Provide technical and operational assistance to merchants via phone, web-based tools, and email.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to coach and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Strong interest in technical and operational processes, with a willingness to learn and seek answers to unknown topics.
  • Experience in a technology-driven company or role is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the payments environment is a plus but not required.
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional languages considered a plus.
  • Preferred qualifications include a diploma or university degree.
