Job Description

At Adyen, we're looking for a skilled Operational Support Specialist to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Contact Center team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our merchants worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer in-depth merchant requests about the Adyen platform and provide guidance.
  • Optimize and automate processes, focusing on scalability.
  • Act as an internal product advocate, tracking product processes and contributing to the platform.
  • Provide technical and operational assistance to merchants, troubleshooting via phone, web-based tools, and email.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to provide coaching, constructive feedback, and set a role model for the team.
  • Ability to kickstart projects and initiatives, following them up to completion.
  • Affinity for or strong interest in technical and operational processes, with a willingness to learn.
  • Experience in a technology-driven company or role is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Payments environment is a plus but not strictly required.
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional languages considered a plus.
  • Preferred if you're a Diploma holder or University graduate.
