The Role

We're seeking an Operational Support Specialist to join our Contact Center team. As a key member of our team, you'll provide support to our merchants worldwide, helping them with technical and administrative tasks. You'll also act as a bridge between different Support and Operational functions, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and providing feedback and ideas to improve our customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Answer in-depth merchant requests about the Adyen platform and provide guidance
  • Optimize and automate processes, focusing on scalability
  • Be an internal product advocate, tracking product processes and contributing to the platform
  • Serve as a payment specialist for merchants, helping them optimize their account and grow their business
  • Provide technical and operational assistance to merchants via phone, web-based tools, and email

What We're Looking For

  • You have a proven ability to coach, provide constructive feedback, and set a positive example for the team
  • You can kickstart projects and initiatives, following them through to completion
  • You have a strong interest in technical and operational processes and are eager to learn more
  • Experience in a technology-driven company or role is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Payments environment is a plus, but not required
  • You can speak and write English fluently; additional languages are a plus
  • Preferred if you're a Diploma holder or University graduate
