At Adyen, we're on a mission to empower businesses to achieve their ambitions faster. As an Operational Support Specialist, you'll be part of our Contact Center team, providing top-notch support to merchants worldwide.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer in-depth merchant requests about the Adyen platform and provide expert guidance.
  • Optimize and automate processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.
  • Act as a bridge between Support and Operational functions, identifying and troubleshooting issues.
  • Provide technical and operational assistance to merchants via phone, web-based tools, and email.
What We're Looking For:
  • A proven ability to kickstart projects and initiatives, following them up to completion.
  • A strong interest in technical and operational processes, with a willingness to learn and seek answers.
  • Experience in a technology-driven company or role, with knowledge of the Payments environment a plus.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages considered a plus.
