About the Role

As an Operational Support Specialist at Adyen, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional support to our merchants worldwide. Your primary responsibility will be to assist merchants with a wide range of technical and administrative tasks, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth guidance to merchants on the Adyen platform, resolving complex issues and optimizing their account settings.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical and operational issues, collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between Support and Operational functions, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
  • Serve as a payment specialist, helping merchants optimize their business and grow their revenue through our platform.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual with a strong technical grasp of our platform. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to provide coaching and constructive feedback, and have a proven ability to kickstart projects and initiatives. Experience in a technology-driven company or role is a plus, but not required.
