Operational Dealer Support Specialist

The role of Operational Dealer Support is a key position within our Dealer Network, where you will play a crucial part in the process of all car handling.
As an Operational Dealer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to the Dealer Network, helping them navigate the process of car handovers, appointments, and documentation. You will also be involved in remarketing activities and fleet support, as well as vehicle order, delivery, and registration issues.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a star at communication, sales argumentation, and good customer service. You will work in a structured way, have high administrative skills, and experience in order support, sales support, or fleet support. You will also be able to prioritize matters in a good way and have good cooperation skills.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and has a strong background in customer service. If you are a structured person who is passionate about service and have previous knowledge of systems, then this role could be something for you.
As a colleague, you will be part of a great team of professionals in an internationally consolidated company. You will acquire a global vision of the automobile sector, interacting with clients, suppliers, consultants, and dealers.
We offer a full-time indefinite contract with 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday. You will also have access to a collective purchasing portal with great discounts for employees, as well as a flexible remuneration plan, including medical insurance, transportation card, food card, and training.
