### Job Title: Dealer Support Agent-Swedisch

### Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Dealer Support Agent to join our team at MSX International. As a Dealer Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dealer network in the process of all car handling, including car handovers, appointments, and documentation. You will also be responsible for remarketing activities and fleet support, as well as vehicle order, delivery, and registration issues.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our dealer network
* Assist with car handovers, appointments, and documentation
* Support remarketing activities and fleet management
* Resolve vehicle order, delivery, and registration issues

### Requirements

* Strong communication and sales argumentation skills
* Experience in customer service, order support, or sales
* Ability to work in a structured way and prioritize tasks effectively
* Good administrative skills and experience with systems such as Ticket System or Fleet Management
