Job Title: Dealer Support Agent - Swedish

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dealer Support Agent to join our team. As a Dealer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to dealerships via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Assist dealerships with sales, service, and parts-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve dealer-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
