Job Title: Dealer Support Agent

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dealer Support Agent to join our team at MSX International. As a Dealer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our network of dealerships, ensuring the quality of services provided through various channels (email, phone, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to dealerships in all processes related to vehicle distribution (OTD: OrderToDelivery):
  • Consultations on orders, transportation, and vehicle registration.
  • Vehicle delivery, appointment management, and documentation.
  • Remarketing and fleet support activities.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in order support, sales support, or fleet support.
  • Native fluency in Spanish.
  • Advanced English and intermediate Spanish (desirable).
  • Experience in using ticket systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Collaboration and contribution to the positive development of the team.
