Dealer Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Dealer Support Agent-German to join our team at MSX International. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our network of dealerships, ensuring the quality of services provided through various channels (email, phone, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to dealerships in all processes related to vehicle distribution (OTD: OrderToDelivery):
- Consultations on orders, transportation, and vehicle registration.
- Vehicle delivery, appointment management, and documentation.
- Remarketing and fleet support activities.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in order support, sales support, or fleet support.
- Native German language skills.
- Experience in using ticket systems and Microsoft Office.
- Collaboration and teamwork skills.
