Objetivo del Puesto:

Nuestros Agentes de Dealer Support darán soporte a la red de concesionarios en procesos de distribución de ventas, asegurando la calidad de los servicios proporcionados a través de diferentes canales.

Responsabilidades:
  • Dar soporte a la red de concesionarios en todos los procesos relacionados con la distribución de vehículos (OTD: OrderToDelivery): Consultas de pedido, transporte y registro de vehículos.
  • Entrega de vehículo, gestión de citas y documentación.
  • Actividades de remarketing y soporte a flotas.
Requisitos:
  • Tener amplio conocimiento y experiencia del sector de atención al cliente.
  • Habilidades de comunicación.
  • Experiencia en soporte de pedidos, soporte de ventas o soporte de flotas.
  • Imprescindible idioma nativo alemán.
  • Experiencia en el uso de sistemas de tickets y paquete Office.
  • Habilidades de cooperación y contribuyes al desarrollo positivo del equipo.
