Job Summary

We're seeking an Operational Support Specialist to join our Contact Center team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our merchants worldwide, helping them with technical and administrative tasks, and acting as a bridge between different Support and Operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-depth guidance to merchants on the Adyen platform and optimize their account settings for maximum growth.
  • Automate processes and improve scalability, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Act as an internal product advocate, tracking product processes and feeding back feedback and issues to the development team.
  • Serve as a payment specialist, helping merchants optimize their account and grow their business by utilizing the features of our platform.
  • Provide technical and operational assistance to merchants via phone, web-based tools, and email.

Requirements

  • You have a proven ability to coach, provide constructive feedback, and set yourself as a role model for the team.
  • You have a strong interest in technical and operational processes and are eager to learn more about technical processes.
  • Experience in a technology-driven company or role is a definite plus.
  • Knowledge of the Payments environment is a plus but not strictly required.
  • You can speak and write English fluently; additional languages will be considered a plus.
  • Preferred if you are a Diploma holder or a University graduate.
