About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Rewards and Recognition Expert to join our team at Docplanner. This role is a core enabler of the Rewards and Recognition strategy, guaranteeing diligent and relentless execution of the compensation strategy at a global level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a global rewards structure that allows leaders and talent acquisition to attract and retain top talent at the best return on investment.
- Prepare, run, and own the Compensation Review process at a global level, ensuring fairness and equity among employees.
- Owning the internal job grading methodology and process, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness while fully aligning with organizational goals and structures.
- Conduct benchmarking processes to determine where Docplanner stands in terms of compensation competitiveness.
- Provide recommendations on specific markets, industries, and positions regarding adequate compensation.
- Increase awareness and education on compensation elements, strategy, and processes at Docplanner.
- Support the design, process, and execution of the ESOP (long-term incentive plan).
- Design rewards-related policies and procedures that will allow the PX team to scale all DPralians to be self-serving and independent regarding Rewards-related topics.
- Co-own the rewards infrastructure and data in conjunction with PX Services - coordinating between HRIS and other compensation tools to ensure that the system meets compensation needs and is updated to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, etc.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in Rewards.
- Actively participated in salary benchmarking, building salary references, job grades, and have personally led compensation review processes on a large scale before.
- Experience managing share schemes and ESOPs programs.
- Diligent, detail-oriented, and become restless when data is not accurate; you love to solve problems, especially when related to numbers.
- Good communicator with a core ability to simplify complex topics.
- Understand the technical interactions between different tools (HRIS, compensation tool).
