Job Description

As Hofy's Customer Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding customers seamlessly and partnering with them for long-term growth and success. You will provide tailored support, onboarding guidance, and training to ensure customers are set up from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard customers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Provide tailored support and guidance to customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve customer success
Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of experience in an onboarding/integration manager role
  • Strong understanding of onboarding processes and customer success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
