About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Onboarding Manager to join our team at Alternative Loans Experience Technologies Ip. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth onboarding of our customers while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze credit applications and ensure business, financial, and compliance requirements are respected.
  • Manage customers' onboarding, including operational tasks leading to customer activation in coordination with Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Communicate with various stakeholders, including bank partners, Sales and Customer Success teams, and Country Managers.
  • Continuously improve Onboarding operations to maximize customer satisfaction and Ops scalability.
  • Develop strong Ops automations via no-code tools and run ad-hoc research/benchmark on new product developments and new partnerships.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a credit analysis role or in a banking environment on the Spanish market.
  • Master's degree in Finance or Business.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Energetic, flexible, and adaptable, with the ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-growing start-up.
  • Organized, reliable, autonomous, and rigorous, with a humble and eager-to-learn attitude.
  • Experience with SQL, Airtable, Hubspot, Make (or similar), Notion, and Excel is a plus.
