Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough KYC checks on sub-merchants, collecting and verifying relevant documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate directly with merchants and sub-merchants, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any onboarding-related issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement changes to enhance the onboarding experience.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal guidelines and procedures related to onboarding and KYC.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex information and make sound judgments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with merchants, sub-merchants, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
