About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Promote Project. As a key member of our onboarding team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for our corporate and retirement clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist individual and corporate clients in completing ID verification and reviewing their ID materials.
  • Review clients' documentation, assess their risk profiles, and communicate with clients in a professional manner to obtain additional documentation/information.
  • Communicate with our custodian to ensure accounts are onboarded in a timely manner.
  • Understand requirements for onboarding different entity types (corporations, family offices, trusts, non-profit organizations, etc.) and continuously seek to improve requirements over time.
  • Think creatively about improving our onboarding process and coordinate platform-wide improvements with our internal teams and onboarding partners.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and previous working experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in customer service and familiarity with ZenDesk.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment where you'll have a lot of say in the product and a lot of responsibility.
  • A true passion for Bitcoin as a world-changing innovation in money and freedom.
  • Ability to work in the US timezones.
